FARC Mission The mission of the Frederick Amateur Radio Club is to render public service through Amateur Radio in Frederick County, Maryland, and other nearby communities. The FARC also actively seeks to foster the growth of the Amateur Radio hobby in our community, and to increase public awareness of Ham Radio in general. We do this through active involvement in public events held by other local service organizations.
